16 Cavity M24 Flip Top Cap Mould With In-Mould Closing (IMC), Hot Runner, And Unscrew Feature
Our 16 cavity M24 flip top cap mould is designed with advanced features to meet the demands of high-quality production. The mould incorporates In-Mould Closing (IMC) technology, which ensures accurate alignment of the two halves of the mould during the injection process, resulting in precise and consistent parts.
The mould is also equipped with a hot runner system, which ensures that the plastic is injected at the correct temperature and pressure, resulting in uniform filling and minimizing wastage. Additionally, the unscrew feature of the mould allows the cap to be easily removed from the mould, reducing the risk of damage and improving production efficiency.
We use high-quality mold steel, such as P20, 50C, 420H, S136, 2083, 2344, DC53, and SKD61, to manufacture the mould, which is then heat-treated to HRD 48-52 HRC for increased durability and longevity. We also use nitriding treatment for all sliders and inserts and Beryllium Copper in corners to improve cooling.
Our mould is capable of producing up to 3 million shots and has a typical injection cycle time of 15-18 seconds. The mould base is made of LKM or HASCO standard frames, and we provide 2D and 3D mould drawings and layout details to ensure the accuracy of the mould design.

Runner: We can make both cold runner molds and hot runner molds (using YUDO, Moldmaster, Husky, and DME systems).
