KSY KSY105-J15L and KSY120-J25L large extrusion blow molding machines produce stackable drums, jerry cans and industrial barrels from 8 to 25 L, with 150–200 kg/h plasticizing capacity and six-point clamping for heavy molds.

A 25 L drum needs a large extrusion blow molding machine with about 180 to 200 kg/h plasticizing capacity and around 220 kN clamping force. In the KSY range this is the KSY120-J25L.
KSY105-J15L covers 8 to 15 L containers at 150 to 165 kg/h with 180 kN clamping. KSY120-J25L covers 12 to 25 L at 180 to 200 kg/h with 220 kN clamping and a wall thickness up to 6.0 mm.
Yes. Both models can be supplied with an EVOH or multi-layer die head for containers that need a solvent or oxygen barrier.
